We invite you to join Cmappers.net, an environment where the Cmappers Community learns, communicates, collaborates and shares. Cmappers.net provides a set of tools to learn about concept mapping, its uses and applications, to construct and share concept maps, and interact and share with other Cmappers.

To access the resources and tools in Cmappers.net you must register at the site, following the instructions presented below.

In the Learn section of Cmappers.net, you will find predesigned and recommended Learning Itineraries provided to help you to learn to build and use concept maps, serving as guides through a large number of Learning Objects on concept mapping, including videos, articles, good practices, specialized opinions, discussion forums, news and documentation. Cmappers.net is highly integrated with the CmapTools software tools for building and sharing concept maps.

In other sections of Cmappers.net you will be able to search through hundreds of thousands of concept maps. You will be able to manipulate your concept maps in an integrated concept map server (CmapServer), and construct, edit and share your concept maps using CmapTools. You will also have access to all the papers presented at the International Conferences on Concept Mapping.

Registration is free, and you will always have the option of canceling your registration, deleting all your personal or professional information provided.

To register at the site and start a session you need to have an account with Windows Live ID for authentication. If you do not have a Windows Live ID account you can create one for free by clicking here. You will need a valid email address to create a Windows Live ID account.

To complete the registration process, once you have your Windows Live ID account, proceed with the following steps:

• Click on the "Register at the site" button
• Start your session with your Windows Live ID account
• Complete the registration form (the mandatory fields are only the Name, your Institution, Country and email used for the Windows Live ID).
• You will need to define a user name and password to access the concept maps stored in a CmapServer. This user name and password will give you access to your concept maps through this site or directly from CmapTools. If you already use CmapTools, type in the user name and password you use regularly to access concept maps in Places.

Read the terms, conditions and confidentiality statement, and then click on the verification field. To finish, click on the Register button.
